Monuments of St. Clement Colegate
There are many fine wall monuments of the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.These commemorate the wealthy men and their families who lived in Colegate at this time, notably the Iveses, who were wool merchants, and the Harveys, who were merchants, manufacturers and bankers. Many of then became Mayors of the City.
