The Memorials of St Peter Parmentergate
The monument to Richard Berney and his wife Elizabeth (nee Hobart) was constructed in 1632 and shows the couple as two recumbent effigies lying on a simple box tomb splendidly surrounded by doric columns, cherubs, Father Time and various allegorical figures.
