Norwich Historic Churches Trust

Letting one of Norwich Historic Churches

One of the main aims of the Trust is to find suitable alternative uses for the redundant churches.  Over the years the Trust has been quite successful in this area with the Puppet Theatre, Norwich Arts Centre, the Inspire Science Centre and recently a Martial Arts Centre in St Peter Parmentergate, to name but a few. See both the Case Study and Conversion sections for more information.

As a tenant you would be responsible for both the rent and insurance of the building.  The Trust always retains responsibility for the fabric of the churches.  Norwich City Council is responsible for the Church-yards.
